Where is CLEAN Americas 2026 being held?

Are group rates available to attend CLEAN Americas Week?


Yes – group rates are available for any company looking to send 3 or more to attend CLEAN Americas Week. Groups of 3 or 4 people may register online. Teams of 5 or more can contact Jill Dean at 301-354-1618 or jdean@accessintel.com to set up your group package.

What is the difference between an All-Access pass and an Expo Hall Pass?


All-Access Pass gives you access to exhibits, Response Innovation Stage sessions, exhibit hall networking events, conference sessions, workshops, lunch, offsite events and online conference proceedings.

Expo Hall Pass has access to exhibits, Response Innovation Stage sessions, exhibit hall networking events.

Are there Continuing Education Credits (CEUs) available?


CLEAN Americas Week offers a Certificate of Attendance that may help you meet your state licensing board’s requirement for Professional Development Hours. Many states allow you to earn these credits by presenting or attending seminars, workshops, or professional or technical presentations made at conventions, or conferences, including those presented by vendors with specific knowledge related to the licensee’s area of practice.

How do I get my badge?


Badges can be picked up during registration hours at the Irving Convention Center .

When is the exhibit hall open?


Tuesday, November 10     10:00 AM – 6:00 PM      

Wednesday, November 11         10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

What is the dress code?


The dress code is business casual. Be sure to pack light layers as the convention center is often very cool.      

What is the registration cancellation/refund policy?


PAYMENT INFORMATION: Full payment must be received prior to the event. If you have any questions please email register@cleanamericas.com or call (301) 354-2101.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: The cancellation deadline is August 14, 2026. Cancellations must be made in writing by August 14, 2026 to receive a refund, minus a cancellation fee of $299. Registrants who do not cancel prior to August 14, 2026 will be liable for the full registration fee. Non-payment or failure to show up onsite does not constitute cancellation and said registrants are not entitled to a credit or refund of any kind. If for any reason Access Intelligence decides to cancel or postpone this
conference, Access Intelligence is not responsible for covering airfare and other travel costs incurred by the clients. Refunds due to registrant error will be charged a $199 processing fee. Discounts will not be applied to current registrations. No refunds will be granted after August 14, 2026.

SUBSTITUTIONS: Substitutions can be made to transfer a registration to another individual. Notice of substitution must be made in writing and sent to register@cleanamericas.com.

AGE POLICY: No one under the age of 18 is permitted to register, attend, or join at any time under any circumstance during CLEAN Americas Week. There are no exceptions.

When will the exhibitor service manual be available?


The exhibitor service manual will be available in August 2026.

     

Do you sell the attendee list?


We do not offer the CLEAN Americas Week attendee list for sale. If anyone reaches out claiming to have the list available for purchase, they are not affiliated with CLEAN Americas Week and/or Access Intelligence. The list is not legitimate and is a scam.
